Do you use quality dark chocolate as the darker the chocolate, the higher the cocoa flavanols are which are beneficial to your health. 75% and above is best.

  • Peel the skins off ripe banana then cut in half. Insert a popsicle stick or kebab stick in the bottom of the bananas and place on a plate to put in the freezer. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
  • When ready to serve, melt the chocolate and stir so no lumps. Have your chopped nuts or coconut spread out on a plate so it's easy accessible. 
  • Dip the frozen banana into the chocolate then quickly roll in your chosen topping. The chocolate will freeze very quickly over the banana. Either eat straight away or place back in freezer until needed.
