To sprout the buckwheat:
This takes 1-2 days. Soak one cup of buckwheat in bowl of clean water overnight or for 12 hours. Rinse well in a sieve then place back into the clean bowl (remove any residue) without the water. Leave on the kitchen bench for another 12 hours or overnight. In the morning rinse again in the sieve, removing any 'gel like residue' and rinse the bowl. Then again place back into the bowl for another 12 hours. You should be able to see little sprouts from then.

Add to your jar or container the rinsed sprouted buckwheat, goji berries, grated apple, chia seeds, coconut, pumpkin seeds and almond milk and let soak overnight or for 30min so that the goji berries expand and release their sugars. Mix and eat. Makes 2-3 serves depending on your energy intake.
You can also make a large amount of sprouted buckwheat so that is lasts the week
